Make Additional Principal or Escrow Payment

If your bank supports this function, you can make principal or escrow payments in addition to your regular loan payment. The transfer of funds between the designated accounts occurs immediately.

Note:

The Payment Type field displays only when the account selected in the To field is set up with the option for additional principal or escrow payments.

To make an additional principal or escrow payment:

  1. In the Number column on the Accounts page, select the account number from which you want to transfer funds.

  2. On the Balances page, click the Transfers button and select One Time Transfer.

  3. In the To field, click the drop-down list and select the account number to which you want to transfer funds.

  4. In the Payment Type field, select Principal Payment or Escrow Payment.

  5. In the Amount field, enter the amount to transfer. When entering the amount, use a decimal point. For example, for a $100 transfer, enter 100.00.

  6. Click the Next button. The Preview Transfer page displays.

  7. Review the transfer information. If changes are necessary, click the Back button.

  8. Click the Submit button to complete the transfer. The Transfer Confirmation page displays.

  9. Print the Transfer Confirmation page for record-keeping purposes.
