Attention ACH Customers:

1/3/2020 12:00 p.m. The double posting of transactions to customer’s accounts has been reversed.  We apologize for the error and any difficulties it may have caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to have this problem corrected.  Please contact us if you have any questions, or if you believe that you have a duplicate entry that has not been rectified. 


We have been advised that this morning, 1/3/2020, an ACH electronic file was posted twice.  There may have been double postings of either deposits or withdrawals to your account.  While not an error by Mt. McKinley Bank, we understand the concern that this causes. We are in touch with our ACH service provider, as well as the Federal Reserve, and we will update you as we receive more information.   We expect a resolution and a reversal of the duplicate entries by tomorrow morning.  In the meantime, if your account has been affected adversely, and you are in need of funds that were withdrawn twice in error, please contact us. If your account received one or more duplicate deposits, please be aware, and do not access those funds.  They will be withdrawn when the correction is made.  We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.  Please contact us at 452-1751 with any further questions or concerns. 


Attention BusinessLink Customers:  Please be very cautious when you receive an e-mail request to make a change to the bank information or account number for any ACH transaction that you initiate. There are fictitious e-mails being sent that are requesting changes to existing ACH transactions, both vendor payments and payroll direct deposits. We suggest always confirming any email request for changes through a different channel. If you have any questions please call our e-Banking Department.
