We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to provide support to customers in their loan experience with Mt. McKinley Bank. This is a full-time opportunity with "banker's hours" of Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm at our Downtown Branch. Occasional overtime may be required.

JOB DUTIES
-Loan set up for all loan types
-Processing payments, pay-downs and advances/draws
-Preparing and delivering monthly reports
-Assisting customers over the phone and in writing
-Processing loan pay-offs
-Preparing wires and ACH withdrawals
-Balancing daily work and accounts
-Monitoring insurances
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

-Strong computer skills including Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
