Mobile Banking | Online | System has been updated. Apple users please update the app. Android users please re-install the app through the Google Play store. |
Bill Pay | Online | System has been updated. Any previous bills that you had set up on the old system will continue to work. Recurring payments will still post as normal. |
Online Banking (Personal and Business) | Online | These systems have been upgraded and are now on one platform. Please login per the instructions and update your security challenge questions. First time users, your username remains the same and your new temporary password is your username followed by the last four digits of your SSN. |
Telephone Teller | Impaired | The new system is up and functioning. However, the local number (474-1774) is not working correctly. Please call the toll free number 888-515-1774 to access the system. |
ATM Machines | Impaired | All of our ATMs are functional to dispense cash. Newer machines with deposit functionality do not currently accept deposits. This will be resolved in the coming weeks. If you are able to make your deposits at a branch, please do so. If this is not possible, please call us at 907-452-1751. |
